زمینه و هدف: پرستاران از اصلی‌ترین عوامل مراقبت از بیمار می‌‌باشند که در تماس مستقیم با بیماران قرار دارند. تعهد حرفه‌ای علاوه بر ماندگاری افراد در حرفه پرستاری و رضایت شغلی آنان، سبب افزایش ایمنی بیمار و کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار می‌گردد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین همبستگی عدالت سازمانی و تعهد حرفه‌ای و ارتباط آن‌‌ها با متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر زاهدان در سال 1397 انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی 298 پرستار به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای از بیمارستان‌های شهر زاهدان انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها توسط پرسشنامه تعهد حرفه‌ای پرستاران  Linو پرسشنامه عدالت سازمانی Niehoff و Moorman جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 21 و آزمون‌های آماری آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 P<تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره تعهد حرفه‌ای و عدالت سازمانی به ترتیب 55/0 ± 68/3 و 52/1 ± 97/3 به دست آمد. نتیجه ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین دو متغیر عدالت سازمانی و تعهد حرفه‌ای نشان‌دهنده وجود ارتباط آماری مثبت و معنی‌‌داری بین این دو متغیر بود (23/0, r=001/0P<). میانگین حیطه‌های درک پرستاری (01/0=P) و ابقاء در حرفه پرستاری (03/0=P) در پرستاران مرد به صورت معنی‌‌داری بیشتر از پرستاران زن بود. همچنین ابقاء در حرفه پرستاری در پرستاران متأهل بیشتر از پرستاران مجرد بود (02/0=P). میانگین نمره عدالت سازمانی کل و ابعاد عدالت توزیعی و تعاملی به صورت معنی‌‌داری در پرستاران مرد بیشتر از پرستاران زن بود (05/0P<). بین عدالت سازمانی و ابعاد آن با وضعیت تأهل ارتباط معنی‌‌داری مشاهده نشد (05/0<P).
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: مدیران در سیستم خدمات سلامت می‌توانند با طراحی مداخلاتی جهت افزایش عدالت سازمانی درک شده پرستاران به خصوص بعد عدالت توزیعی باعث بهبود تعهد حرفه‌ای پرستاران و در نهایت ارتقاء خدمات پرستاری گردند.
