چکیده
زمنیه و هدف: اختلالات تغذیه‌ای از جمله مسائل و مشکلات کودکان با ناتوانی‌ذهنی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله گریز- خاموشی بر اختلالات تغذیه‌ای کودکان با ناتوانی‌ذهنی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه ‌تجربی پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه شاهد بود. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش کلیه‌ی کودکان 6 -3 سال با ناتوانی‌ذهنی را شامل می‌شد که در سال 1395 به مراکز توانبخشی شهرستان ایلام مراجعه کرده بودند. از جامعه‌ی مذکور، با روش تصادفی ساده 16 کودک به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه هشت نفره آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. سپس گروه آزمون به مدت هشت جلسه و هر هفته سه جلسه تحت مداخله‌ی گریز- خاموشی قرار گرفت. در این زمان، گروه شاهد هیچ‌ گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه غربالگری مشکلات تغذیه‌ای (Matson و Kuhn، 2001) بود. داده‌های بدست آمده، با آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین مشکلات تغذیه‌ای پس از مداخله از 875/52 به 500/32 کاهش پیدا کرده است. همچنین تأثیر مداخله مبتنی بر گریز- خاموشی بر آسپراسیون (012/0=P و 391/8=F)، انتخابی بودن غذا (017/0=P و 445/7=F)، مهارت‌های تغذیه‌ای (006/0=P و 680/10=F)، امتناع از خوردن (030/0=P و 951/5=F) و مشکلات رفتاری هنگام غذا خوردن (028/0=P و 121/10=F) در سطح 05/0=α معنی‌دار می‌باشد.
‌نتیجه‌گیری کلی: مداخله‌ی مبتنی بر گریز- خاموشی می‌تواند باعث کاهش اختلالات تغذیه‌ای کودکان با ناتوانی‌ذهنی شود. لذا استفاده از این مداخله جهت کاهش اختلالات تغذیه‌ای کودکان با ناتوانی‌ذهنی در مراکز توانبخشی پیشنهاد می‌شود.
