چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال در ارتباط کلامی از مهمترین مشکلات بیماران تحت تهویه مکانیکی، است که اضطراب و کاهش رضایتمندی را در پی دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر طراحی و روانسنجی پرسشنامه رضایتمندی بیماران دارای راه هوایی مصنوعی از ارتباط غیرکلامی پرستاران در حین مراقبت‌های پرستاری می‌باشد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش روش‌شناسی است که به روش (2010) walts طی چهار گام تعریف مدل مفهومی؛ تعیین اهداف طراحی ابزار؛ تدوین طرح اولیه؛ تعیین روایی و پایایی در سال 1395 طراحی گردید. جامعه پژوهش تمامی بیماران دارای راه هوایی مصنوعی در سه بیمارستان آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز و نمونه پژوهش 240 بیمار بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ارزیابی روایی پرسشنامه با روایی صوری، روایی محتوا و روایی سازه انجام شد. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای محاسبه پایایی بیرونی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای محاسبه پایایی درونی پرسشنامه استفاده شد. نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 19جهت تحلیل و تجزیه داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نسخه ابتدایی پرسشنامه با 27 گویه طراحی شد. پس از طی فرآیند روایی صوری و محتوی، نسخه دوم پرسشنامه با 24 گویه و با کسب امتیاز تأثیر بالاتر از5/1 برای تمامی گویه‌ها و نمره CVI معادل 89/0 وCVR  معادل 88/0 استخراج گردید. در روایی سازه بر اساس تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تعداد گویه‌ها به 12گویه تقلیل یافت و پرسشنامه نهایی با 12 گویه در سه بعد رضایتمندی در رفع نیازهای فیزیولوژیک، اجتماعی و عاطفی- روانی با توان پیشگویی 706/47 استخراج شد. پایایی درونی ابزار با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ 67/0 تأیید شد و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نیز معادل 67/0 ثبات ابزار را نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نظر به محدودیت دسترسی به ابزار اختصاصی سنجش رضایت بیماران دارای راه هوایی مصنوعی از ارتباط پرستاران، این پرسشنامه می‌تواند جهت شناخت خلاءهای ارتباطی بیمار- پرستار و شناخت نیازهای بیماران در حیطه‌های مختلف کارآمد باشد؛ همچنین می‌تواند در ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات مراقبتی کمک شایانی نماید.
