چکیده

زمینه و هدف: دانشجویان رشته پرستاری مهارت‌های فردی، حرفه‌ای و بالینی را از طریق آموزش بالینی دریافت می‌کنند. با توجه به اینکه هرگونه ضعف و کمبودی در این رابطه موجب کاهش کارآیی دانش آموختگان این رشته خواهد شد، بنابراین نقش مربیان بالینی و کیفیت عمل آنها یکی از مهم ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار در آموزش بالینی به شمار می‌رود. لذا هدف این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری در مورد ویژگی‌های  یک مدرس بالینی اثربخش بود.

روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی می‌باشد که در نیمسال اول و دوم سال تحصیلی 1392 اجرا شد. در این تحقیق 115 دانشجوی رشته پرستاری که در زمان اجرای پژوهش در حال گذراندن واحدهای کارآموزی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان بودند به روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای بود که روایی صوری و محتوای آن با استفاده از نظرات صاحب نظران آموزش پزشکی و پرستاری؛ و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (87/0) تایید شده بود. این پرسشنامه در دو بخش به بررسی خصوصیات شخصیتی و دموگرافیک دانشجویان شرکت کننده و ویژگی‌های یک مدرس بالینی اثربخش می‌پرداخت. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد. از آزمون‌های توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و تحلیلی ( تحلیل خوشه‌ای) برای آنالیز داده‌ها استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: بیشترین میانگین ویژگی‌های یک مدرس بالینی اثربخش، به ترتیب مربوط به ویژگی‌های ظاهر آراسته داشتن (40/1±88/8)، احترام به همکاران (40/1±42/8)، احترام به بیماران (90/1±40/8)، احترام به دانشجویان (40/2±34/8)، خوش اخلاقی (30/2±27/8) و حرفه‌ای نگر بودن (60/1±26/8) بود. بر اساس نتایج آزمون تحلیل خوشه‌ای خصوصیات مدرس بالینی اثربخش در قالب دو دسته ویژگی‌های فردی و مهارت‌های آموزش بالینی ارائه گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری کلی: ویژگی‌های فردی و مهارت‌های آموزش بالینی اساتید نقش مهمی در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری دارد. لذا توجه به این ویژگی‌ها در هنگام آموزش می تواند موجب افزایش کارایی دانشجویان پرستاری و ارتقای نظام آموزش عالی شود.
