  چکیده

  زمینه و هدف: عوارض عروقی پس از آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر می­توانند موجب خطرات جدی برای بیماران شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان بروز عوارض عروقی پس از آنژیوگرافی و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد.

  روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی با استفاده از یک نمونه 400 نفری بیماران تحت آنژیوگرافی در مرکز آموزشی درمانی حشمت رشت با روش نمونه گیری تدریجی انجام شد. داده­ها با استفاده از ابزاری 4 بخشی (اطلاعات دموگرافیک، عوامل بالینی، عوامل تکنیکی و برگه ارزیابی محل خروج شیت از نظر بروز عوارض عروقی) به روش مشاهده و ثبت اطلاعات موجود در پرونده جمع­آوری و با استفاده از آزمون­های آماری توصیفی (توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (تی تست، کای اسکور و رگرسیون لجستیک) در SPSS نسخه 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

  یافته­ها: اکثر نمونه­ها را مردان (2/59%) با میانگین سنی 90/11 ± 21/59 سال تشکیل دادند. 24درصد از بیماران دچار عوارض عروقی شدند که اکیموز (4/71%) بیشترین بروز را داشت. آزمون رگرسیون چند متغیره نشانگر توان پیشگویی­کنندگی سابقه فشار خون بالا (005/0 = p)، میزان فشار خون سیستولیک قبل از کشیدن شیت (023/0= p)، مصرف داروهای ضد انعقاد (027/0= p)، اندازه شیت (001/0 p< )، تعداد دفعات تلاش جهت رگ­گیری (001/0 p< ) و مدت زمان آنژیوگرافی (001/0 p< ) در بروز عوارض عروقی بود.

نتیجه گیری کلی: پرستاران با آگاهی از عوامل پیشگویی­کننده عوارض عروقی می­توانندبه جلوگیری از عوارض کمک نموده و از افزایش طول مدت بستری و افزایش هزینه­های بیمارستانی جلوگیری کنند.
