  چکیده

  زمینه و هدف: تولد نوزاد آسیب پذیر و بستری شدن نوزاد در بخش مراقبت ویژه می تواند موجب افزایش استرس و اضطراب مادر شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین شدت اضطراب موقعیتی در مادران سزارین شده دارای نوزاد آسیب پذیر انجام شد.

  روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 99 نفر از مادران دارای نوزاد آسیب پذیر بستری در واحد مراقبت ویژه نوزادان، در بیمارستان های ولیعصر و جامع زنان، با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. جهت بررسی شدت اضطراب مادران، از آزمون اشپیلبرگر استفاده گردید. در نهایت، یافته ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون های کای دو، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی ساده در نرم افزار SPSS (نسخه 16) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

  یافته ها: بطور کلی درصد قابل توجهی از مادران مورد مطالعه در نخستین روز پس از سزارین، دارای میزان اضطراب موقعیتی شدید بودند (7/69%) و میانگین شدت اضطراب در مادران سزارین شده 7 ± 8/57 بود. آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون یک رابطه خطی معکوس و در حد اندک بین شدت اضطراب و سن را نشان داد (246/0- = r )، (014/0 P = ). لیکن بین شدت اضطراب موقعیتی و دیگر متغیر های زمینه ای ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نگردید.

نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به یافته ها بکارگیری استراتژی های کاهش اضطراب از سوی پرستاران و ماماهای شاغل در بخش زنان و زایمان، در این گروه از مادران ضروری بنظر می آید.
