  چکیده

  مقدمه: بیماری دیابت به دلیل وجود عوارض متعدد به طور گسترده‌ای بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران اثر می‌گذارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط شاخص‌های کنترل متابولیک و کیفیت زندگی در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 شهرستان شاهرود صورت پذیرفت.

  روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی و ارتباطی است 156 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 در سال 1392 به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات لازم با استفاده از فرم گردآوری اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی مختص بیماران دیابتی و چک ‌لیست شاخص‌های کنترل متابولیکی (شامل: آزمایشات هموگلوبین A1C ، قندخون ناشتا و غیر ناشتا، تری گلیسرید، کلسترول، LDL و HDL ) جمع‌آوری گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 و آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مجذور کای استفاده شد.

  یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه میانگین نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی 21/63 ± 53/164 (متوسط) و میانگین هموگلوبین A1C ، 55/1 ± 65/8 (متوسط) بود. بین نمره کل کیفیت زندگی با تمامی شاخص‌ها بجز LDL همبستگی آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده شد ( 05/0> p ). بین بعد روانی کیفیت زندگی با شاخص‌های تری گلیسرید ( 06/0 = p ) ، کلسترول ( 06/0 = p ) و LDL ( 13/0 = p ) و بعد اجتماعی کیفیت زندگی با شاخص‌های کلسترول ( 07/0 = p ) و LDL ( 09/0 = p ) ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود نداشت.

نتیجه‌گیری کلی: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، کنترل بهتر شاخص های متابولیک با کیفیت زندگی بالاتر همراه است، لذا ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت کنترل شاخص‌های متابولیکی، می تواند افزایش کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت را در ابعاد مختلف در پی داشته باشد.
