  چکیده

  زمینه و هدف: فعالیت فیزیکی نقش مهمی در طول زندگی بیماران همودیالیز دارد. برخی مداخلات مکمل از جمله روش آرام‌سازی ممکن است روی سطح فعالیت فیزیکی اثر بگذارد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر تکنیک آرام سازی بنسون بر فعالیت فیزیکی بیماران همودیالیز است.

  روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی بود که در مراکز همویالیز دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد. هشتاد و شش نفر بیمار تحت همودیالیز به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و بر اساس بلوک های تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله (تحت تکنیک آرام‌سازی بنسون (43 نفر) و کنترل (43نفر) قرار گرفتند. تکنیک آرام‌سازی بنسون در گروه آزمون برای 20 دقیقه، دو بار در روز و برای هشت هفته انجام شد. فعالیت فیزیکی با استفاده از پرسشنامه «فعالیت روزمره زندگی و فعالیت ابزاری زندگی» در هر دو گروه در شروع مطالعه و هشت هفته بعد مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی مستقل، تی زوجی و کای دو در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.

  یافته ها: قبل از مداخله، میانگین فعالیت روزمره زندگی در گروه آزمون 54/2 ± 53/12 و در گروه کنترل 78/2 ± 30/12 بود. هشت هفته بعد از مداخله میانگین و انحراف معیار ها در دو گروه مورد و کنترل به ترتیب 44/1 ± 42/13 و 45/3 ± 74/11 بود. آزمون تی مستقل تفاوت معنی داری را بین دو گروه بعد از مداخله از نظر فعالیت فیزیکی روزمره نشان داد (006/0 = p و 83/2 = t ) . به علاوه، قبل از مداخله، فعالیت ابزاری زندگی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل به ترتیب 36/4 ± 28/14 و 01/6 ± 04/12 و بعد از مداخله 77/3 ± 62/15 و77/5 ± 00/12 بود. نتایج مطالعه بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی داری را بین دو گروه از نظر فعالیت ابزاری زندگی نشان داد (001/0 = p و 29/3 = t ).

نتیجه گیری کلی: یافته‌ها حاکی از تاثیر تکنیک آرام‌سازی بنسون در بهبود سطح فعالیت فیزیکی در بیماران تحت همودیالیز بود. بنابراین آموزش تکنیک آرام سازی به عنوان یک منبع بهبود سطح فعالیت فیزیکی می‌تواند به کاربرده شود.
