  چکیده

  زمینه و هدف: حرفه پرستاری همراه با موقعیت های تنش زای زیادی می باشد که می تواند موجب مشکلاتی از قبیل کاهش کیفیت و کمیت مراقبت، بیماری های جسمی و اختلال خواب و خستگی شود. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین تنش شغلی و ارتباط آن با کیفیت خواب و خستگی پرستاران است.

  روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی- همبستگی بر 200 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که به روش تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شده بودند، صورت گرفت. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، تنش شغلی ( Nursing Stress Scale - NSS )، بعد خستگی پرسشنامه قدرت فردی ( Checklist Individual Strength-CIS ) و کیفیت خواب Pittsburgh ( Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index-PSQI ) استفاده شد. سپس داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین – انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و (ANOVA به کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

  یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد 54% پرستاران تنش زیاد، 43% تنش متوسط و 3% تنش کمی را تجربه می کردند و مواجهه با رنج و مرگ بیماران مهم ترین عامل تنش زا گزارش شد. هم چنین بین تنش شغلی با نمره کیفیت خواب (004/0 p< ) و خستگی (001/0 p< ) پرستاران ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار آماری وجود داشت.

نتیجه گیری کلی: یافته ها نشان داد که با افزایش تنش شغلی، کیفیت خواب پرستاران کاهش و خستگی افزایش می یابد. بنابراین مدیران می توانند براساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه تصمیمات مناسبی را برای کاهش خستگی و اختلالات خواب در پرستاران اتخاذ کنند.
