Extract: most people have breathing blessing but some patients are who have struggling terribly for this breathing. This article is the first part of three section's series that tells you how diagnose and treat the breathing disorder of these patients. The situation which known to all is that you inter to patient's room and see that he/she is breathing tribally. Such situation for you as well as your patient is so tribal. In such case what are your reactions to find out the cause of the patient's dyspnea? Often it seems that breathing action has been done without any try and chest muscles and lungs overcome lungs and airway's elastic resistance then due to lungs opened and filled with air.
