چکیده

زمینه و هدف: افزایش رضایت بیماران از کیفیت خدمات پرستاری به برنامه ریزی نیاز دارد. لذا در این مطالعه از مدل پپلائو در جهت برنامه ریزی افزایش رضایت‌مندی بیماران از کیفیت خدمات پرستاری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه قلبی استفاده شد.و نتایج مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر مطالعهی نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه قلبی بیمارستان علی بن ابیطالب رفسنجان در سال 1394 بودند با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری آسان و غیر تصادفی، در آن 68 بیمار انتخاب شدند و در گروه‌های مداخله (34) و کنترل (34) قرار گرفتند. ابزار مطالعه پرسشنامه استاندارد 21 سؤالی رضایتمندی از کیفیت خدمات پرستاری (PSNCQQ) بود. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهایChi-squared test ، Mann-Whithney و Fisher و نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.

یافتهها:. نتایج نشان داد رضایت بیماران از کیفیت ارائه خدمات پرستاری پس از اجرای مداخله به طور معنی‌داری (05/0P< ) افزایش یافت. در حیطههای دانش و مهارت پرستاری (05/0P< )، اخلاق پرستاری (05/0P<ارتباط با بیمار (05/0P< ) و آموزش (05/0P< ) نیز تفاوت معنی‌داری بین گروه مداخله و کنترل وجود داشت.

نتیجه‌گیری کلی: می‌توان از مدل پپلائو  (Peplau)جهت افزایش رضایت‌مندی بیماران از کیفیت خدمات پرستاری ارائه شده در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه قلبی استفاده کرد.
